    We have student appreciated effective counselling sessions, market aligned courses, affordable fees, experienced trainers. We also provide with equipment (no extra cost added to the course fees) and placement assistance.

    School students, educationally disadvantaged candidates like school dropouts, academically less oriented, undergraduates with the need for skill enhancement & skill up-gradation, unemployed youngsters, economically weaker section of society. Age criteria: 5 to 40 years.

    Minimum course fees for some courses is ?500 & Maximum for a course goes upto ?18000.

    • Certificate courses’ duration: minimum 2 months
    • Diploma courses’ duration: maximum 6-12 months

    All Training Centres are equipped with excellent infrastructure facilities (Smart TV, AC Lab, 1:1 Student Computer ratio, Individual lab for different courses) to complete the teaching-learning process and are continuously upgraded and modernized to keep up with the needs of the present industry standards.

    Continuous assessment is being done during the course. Successful completion of the course, certification is issued to the pass-out candidates within one month of course completion which is coordinated by Training Managers and Vocational Training Executives.

    After successful completion of the course, students will get End-to-End career guidance and assistance.

Microfinance FAQ's

    A Microfinance Institution (MFI) is an organisation that provides microfinance services such as microcredit targeted to financially unstable or low-income people. Sampurna is one of the fastest-growing MFIs in India.

    The vision of Sampurna MFI is to make money/capital no more a constraint for the poor and to provide sustainable financial services to the active poor in order to employ capital for poverty alleviation.

    • 100 % cashless disbursements
    • We have a large number of field staff covering distant and remote areas, which can easily be approached.
    • The branches and the field staff would advise on products suitable to the clients and help in completing the minimum formalities.

    Low-income Families. Who wants to start or expand the income-generating activity. Only Women are eligible.

    • Sampurna thinks that all the people who are taking our loan are actually cooperating with us.
    • Microcredit is seen as a way to provide low-income families with the means to participate in the economy and generate their own income.
    • Though Sampurna is established with profound social objectives, it believed in financial viability from the beginning. It ensures that all its activities are financially sustainable so that it can remain in service of the poor.
    • When people are repaying the loan, with interest, a fair percentage of profits has been ploughed back into the business to enable it to provide loan capital to more new clients.
    • Sampurna thinks that this development is in collaboration with these people, so these people are the complete “partner”.
    • Age Criteria:18+ years to 59 years (ESAF 64 Years),
    • A person is entitled to a loan if her expenses (including loan repayment) are less than 50% of his income.

    • Documents required -Aadhar (mandatory) and another document.

    One year/one and half years/Two years.

    The loan gets without Security. Collateral-free and no need for guarantors.

    Minimum loan Rs 3000 and Maximum Rs 50,000 (ESAF Rs 75,000)

    Monthly process:

    All the group members will come to the staff collection centre with their instalments. Then they will sign the register and give the repay to the group leader.

    The staff will calculate the total amount of instalments, and then collect the amount from the group leader.

    Yes. They may use the loan to increase their productivity, modernise their farming approach, micro-entrepreneurs and set up small businesses. However, microloans are used for many other purposes as well.

    Loans are offered in small amounts which are suitable for most customers in rural areas. The collections are done at customer locations, collateral, and guarantor are not required.
